What is included?

We add all our lighting and features within the pricing and do not up sell on any euiptment.

However, if on the day you require more time then stated in your package this will be for an additional price and dependant on avaliability.

Is there a deposit to pay?

Once booked, there is a deposit to pay to confirm the date and time. The deposit will be 15% of the package price. The remaining balance is taken a few days before the event.

Please note the deposit is non refundable.

Will my guests get their own videos?

Yes, immediately within two minutes of them taking the video at your event they will be sent their media to their phones.

They will be free to upload to social media and share as they wish.

Will I get all the videos taken on the day?

Yes every video we capture at your event will be sent to you within 24 hours.

How long will the set up be?

Set up will take 30 minutes (this time is not counted towards your package time) and this includes a test run which you are more than welcome to be a part of.

How many people can fit on your base for a single 360 booth video?

Our base is 115cm wide and can fit 4-6 people and we are happy to accomudate whole families and friends to enable them to take a video together. This wide base will reduces queues at your event as it can take larger groups at a time. Please note the industry average base size is only 75cm which can only fit 2 people at once.
